By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.
(Please know that these can change at any time without warning.)♥︎ I have the right to decline any commission if it breaks my ToS, the request makes me uncomfortable, or the client makes me uncomfortable
♥︎ I only accept commission requests through Artistree
♥︎ A reference image for the character you want me to draw must be provided
☆ Providing a pose reference is optional
♥︎ 4 characters max in a piece
☆ Not applicable to profile commissions
♥︎ I allow up to a week to respond to WIPs, I will check in if I don’t hear anything within that time frame
☆ Your commission will be cancelled if I do not hear from you after my check in within a week
♥︎ When a piece is finished, you'll be given a signed and a unsigned version of it
♥︎ Finished pieces are watermarked and posted to my pages
☆ I do not mention who commissioned a piece by default
☆ If you do not want me to post your finished piece, please tell me

Revisions:

♥︎ After a rough sketch is sent, 3 big revisions and 5 small revisions can be requested in the sketch
☆ Poses can be changed completely, but this can only be requested once
♥︎ Once the sketch is approved, you can no longer request revisions to the pose
♥︎ You can request color changes at any phase after the sketch

Usage:

♥︎ Commissioned pieces are for personal use only
♥︎ You can use your commission as a profile picture
♥︎ You can post your commission to your own sites with proper credit
♥︎ Use the signed version of your commission when posting it
♥︎ You do not have the right to make profits off my art
♥︎ You do not have the right to use the commission for NFTs or put into an AI

Payment:

♥︎ Payment is upfront
♥︎ Payment is through ArtistreeIf you can’t make the payment right away, let me know and keep me updated about when you can.

Rush Fee:

♥︎ Additional 20% of original price
♥︎ 7 days wait time

Refunds:

♥︎ If no progress has been provided within a week or I haven’t communicated that I need more time, then you will be refunded 100% of what you paid
♥︎ If you do not respond within a week of progress drawings being sent, the maximum refund will be 50% and must be requested within a week of my notification to a client
♥︎ Once a commission is complete, you cannot ask for a refund
